We Welcome New Members!

In the King Edward Choir, we enjoy the music that we sing and the camaraderie that we share. We extend a warm welcome to new members. If you think you’d like to be a part of this dynamic and talented group, we’d like to hear from you.

It is preferable for members to have had some choral or other vocal experience, be able to read music, and be willing to commit to our Monday night practices (7:00 pm – 9:30 pm). Each new choir applicant will need to pass a private audition with our Choral Director, Mrs. Barbara McCann. The Choir also charges a nominal membership fee to help pay for our music and other expenses.

New To Barrie?

If you’re not sure the KEC is for you, then we invite you to drop into a rehearsal to check us out. Many of our members are new to Barrie too. So, we've got more than just music in common - come and meet us.
